5 O LORD, You are the portion of my inheritance and my cup; You maintain my lot. 6 The lines have fallen to me in pleasant places; Yes, I have a good inheritance.

9 Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoices; My flesh also will rest in hope. 10 For You will not leave my soul in Sheol, Nor will You allow Your Holy One to see corruption. 11 You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.

2 Let my vindication come from Your presence; Let Your eyes look on the things that are upright.
Let Your eyes look on the things that are upright.
Our vindication will come only in the presence of God for in His presence we will stand or fall. We are either Hidden in Jesus or consumed by the fiery unapproachable holiness of Yahweh.

13 Arise, O LORD, Confront him, cast him down; Deliver my life from the wicked with Your sword,
14 With Your hand from men, O LORD, From men of the world
(who have their portion in this life),
And whose belly (You fill with Your hidden treasure). ---?
They are satisfied with children,-----(things of this world).
And leave the rest of their possession for their babes.

Comparison between wicked creation worshipers, satisfied with things of this world. And the righteous man who is a Creator worshiper and is satisfied with the likeness of Jesus alone.

15 As for me, I will see Your face in righteousness; I shall be satisfied when I awake in Your likeness.



God how am I being satisfied with the things of this earth. Please Jesus will you push me to only be satisfied when I awake in your likeness. In Your likeness, because you are the most beautiful image this world has seen. You are the image of the invisible God.
Lord and King, please show me the places that I have settled and am comfortable with not being conformed to your likeness. . .



...God is this Movie selection for me?

Lord I love watching movies. Many of which depict sinfulness. Is this wrong?

Surely you read of Sodom and Gomorrah while a boy. Lord you were exposed to the reality of sinfulness. Jesus, please make me aware if I am living a vicarious sinful lifestyle through the movies I watch. Jesus please make me want to be more like you. Please help me to hate what is evil and cling to what is good. Please conform me into the image of Yourself. I really love You.

"I will see your face", praise be to You. Thank you for rescuing me. Lord I want to see your face; I want to experience the fellowship of Father, Son and Holy Spirit in Heaven more fully than I do today. Where I can’t fall out of the communion. Jesus, please guard me, please "hide me in the shadow of your wing". Please don’t allow the tempter or myself to lead my longing heart away from you. God, Please help me to enjoy the "... fullness of joy [in Your presence]."

I press on for the day when "I shall be satisfied when I awake in Your likeness."
